What do Guys look for in Girls?

Boys are not really looking for attractive girls. They look for girls they will be proud to show to their families. Being attractive is only secondary traits but the inner attitude will be the deciding factor.

Physical Attraction

You don't have to have the perfect body, but a guy wants a girl their attracted to. Nice hair, eyes, and smile are a big plus. But, it's the personality in the long run that's going to make that person appear more beautiful or less attractive. All men always want to marry the beautiful woman.

A Good Sense of Humor

Guys don't want a girl with a dull personality. They want someone who will laugh at their jokes and be able to hold a good conversation. They love girls that smile and laugh a lot. They don't want girls that are always negative about everything. A sense of humor can help you overlook the unattractive, tolerate the unpleasant, cope with the unexpected, and smile through the unbeatable

 A Good Career.

It's a turn on to them when a girl is career driven and/or has a good education. I really want to say they want a "sugar mama," but they really just want someone that is successful and happy with their life. You don't have to be a doctor or lawyer. It's the drive that shows them that you know who you are, and you know what you want. 

 Intelligence.

When they're looking for a "real" girlfriend, they don't want the airhead, bimbo type. They want someone they can introduce to their friends and family with confidence. They want someone who can do their homework for them. No, I'm just kidding. They just want someone whose on their level, someone they can talk to, and someone that will listen to them and understand.

 A Good Attitude.

They want someone with a good attitude towards life. Someone they can have fun with. Guys don't like girls that are always feeling sorry for themselves, or are negative towards everything. A good attitude is an asset in personal and professional life.

A little bit of kindness goes a long way

Sometimes physical beauty is not sufficient to make a woman appealing to men. She also has to have an inner beauty which encompasses the feeling of compassion and kindness. Most guys will want women who still retain their feminine side, namely those who are caring and gentle. This inner beauty can't be obtained over a brief period of time. It can only be developed slowly by the woman herself.

Compatibility

This is another important thing that men look for in women. Being compatible is more than just sharing the same hobbies and favorite movies. Nor is it about one half completing the other, no matter what Jerry McGuire says. Two people in a loving relationship should have a certain chemistry that allows them to click on almost every level. They could have different favorite food, incompatible horoscopes or even support different political parties. But, if both of them are really in love, all of those are forgotten. Maybe, that is what compatibility really is; the readiness to forgo each other's differences
